Procedure of Paper Submission
Submission of the manuscript at the website will be opened in the first week of July 2017.
You will need to create a ‘user account’ at the symposium website to submit a paper. Please use the Microsoft Word templates available at the symposium website to prepare manuscripts and abstracts. The Microsoft word (DOC) files of manuscript and abstract and a PDF version of the manuscript have to be uploaded at the website. Please do not remove the name and affiliation of the authors in the PDF version of the manuscript as it would be used for the refereeing purpose.
The length of the manuscripts will be minimum 3 pages and maximum 4 pages for contributed papers, 6 pages for YAA and Thesis and up to 7 pages for the invited talks.
Please note that papers given in the proper format only will be considered for further review and hence submit your valuable scientific work in the proper format. Also note that regular contributed and invited talk papers in the desired format and which are presented in the symposium only would be considered for publishing ONLINE in the proceedings of the symposium. Papers submitted for the Young Achiever Award (YAA) and Ph.D. Thesis Award will not be included in the proceedings.
Only one paper per registered participant will be considered. However, one can be a co-author of more than one paper.
Acceptance of papers will be communicated by October 05, 2017.
Please note that only those papers that are presented in the symposium will be considered for publishing in the online proceedings of the American Institute of Physics. Users would be able to edit/modify the paper via resubmission till August 16, 2017.
Copyright Transfer Form
The copyright transfer forms would be made available to the authors. Instructions for submission of these would be send along with the acceptance of papers notification.

After the due date, the online submission gateway will be closed and further paper submission will not be possible.
